Demolition of existing single-family house to build two brand new two-families, three stories tall. This was our first experience building a new building, which posed challenges. Due to hold-ups with the Building Department, it sat in the pre-development stage for over six months. Once under construction, our instinct kicked in and we were able to complete construction in just under 4 months.
