43-47 192nd street was a single family house located on a 40×100 lot in an r3x zone. After filing alteration plans to convert to a 2 family house, we have completed construction and should have our sign offs in the next few weeks. The house is now listed on the market and we look forward to getting the c/o for the new 2 family!
